OUO Corporation was structured in January of 2001.  The company consists of four subsidiary companies; Entertainment established before the Corporation in 1996; Audio-Visual established in 2001; Production established in 2002; and Media established in 2003.  Each division holds a DBA under OUO Corporation.  The company operates through its corporate office in Flushing, New York.  There are over thirty full-time and part-time employees.

It is the vision of the company to become the industry leader in the respective divisions.  With our consistent growth year after year we are rapidly approaching our goals.  We have achieved wide acclaim for our unique services and we have a determination to garner much more.
